Elastollan B80 A15 is 82 shore A polyester based TPU
Designed specifically for high-performance injection molding and extrusion, the Elastollan B Series contains a hydrolysis stabilizer and has excellent mechanical properties, and products in the series can also be formulated to meet specific certifications. Among these properties is an especially impressive ability to retain elasticity after being in tension (low tensile set).
It is used predominately for injection moulding applications, being polyester based it also provides superior:
- Abrasion resistance
- Toughness
- Hydrolytic stability
- Resistance to heat, oil, fuel and solvents

Elastollan 1195A 55U is a 95 shore A hardness polyether based TPU, with an added UV stabiliser. It is used predominately for injection moulding applications with the following properties

- Fungus resistance
- Good UV / weathering resistance
- Food Contact compliant (natural non laser only)
- Suitable for PAS33 cattle ear tags
