Elastollan 1164D 53U is a 64 shore D hardness polyether based TPU, with an added UV stabiliser. It is used predominately for injection moulding applications with the following properties

  • Excellent abrasion resistance
  • High toughness
  • Good low temperature properties
  • Good hydrolytic stability
  • Fungus resistance
  • Good UV / weathering resistance
  • Food Contact compliant (natural non laser only)
  • Suitable for PAS33 cattle ear tags
