Toyolac ASA TA50 X01 Nat (MFI 43)

High Flow grade

ASA (Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate) is produced by introducing a grafted acrylate elastomer from BA (Butyl Acrylate) during copolymerisation reaction between Styrene and Acrylonitrile. ASA imparts excellent resistance to discolouration, embrittlement and degradation from ultraviolet (UV) sunlight, atmospheric oxygen and heat from processing compared to ABS. Because of these attributes, ASA is an ideal material for automotive industry as well as many other outdoor applications which require long term performance.

Special features:

• Excellent resistance to weathering & ageing.
• Easy colouration.
• Easy process-ability.
• Good chemical resistance.
• Thermally stable.
• Durable & superior impact resistance.
